[pyar] pysqlite2.dbapi2.OperationalError: unable to open database file

Este es el traceback de ejecutar python manage.py syncdb:

pysqlite2.dbapi2.OperationalError: unable to open database file

Probé ejecutar el comando como root y obtuve el mismo problema, lo que me
hace descartar problemas de permiso, no?

Cabe destacar que este mismo comando lo venía ejecutando sin problemas.
