[pyar] Nuevo código de conducta en la EuroPython

A mi me genera ruido el ultimo punto. Creo que la funcion del del codigo es
que uno sepa que hacer para no romperlo, y si bien uno intenta no tener
comportamientos no bienvenidos, queda a criterio de el ofendido cuales son
esos comportamientos. Y a mi hay cosas que me ofenden que no quiero
prohibirles a nadie.

"Pedir perdon, no permiso", pero solo para codigo ;)

Pero entiendo el contexto que genera este codigo tambien, por eso le
pedorno mucho :)
