IANAL, pero entiendo que si. Suponete que mañana publicas un mail que el
disclaimer decia que no publiques si no sos el destinatario, el que emitió
el mail te puede hacer una demanda en base a que "te avisó" que no lo
publiques si no eras el destinatario.
