[pyar] GSoC 2019 Introduction

Hi developers

This is K. Kaushik Reddy from Bengaluru, India. I'm currently in my
sophomore year pursuing bachelors in computer science engineering. I would
like to participate as a GSoC '19 student for PyAr under Python Software
Foundation.

*Why participate in GSoC ? :  *
1) I'm an open-source enthusiast, active member in my university FOSS club
and in FreeCodecamp Bengaluru chapter. We teach kids to code and design.
So I interest in FOSS contributions. ( Hacktoberfest 2019 contributor)

2) I love solving puzzles (problems) and building stuff which could be
useful to others. I take  great joy in such contributions. Also,  love
learning stuff and to be a part of some great communities (like PyAr).
 I think PyAr provides me with such good environment and mentors to help me
learn better and have fun.

*Project I would like to take up:  PyZombis*

*Experience and  Expertise :*
I'm a self taught data analyst and python developer (Python 3)
VCS : Git (GitHub/ Gerrit / GitLabs)
python tools and packages:
numpy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, SQLAlchemy, urllib, BeautifulSoup and
many such..

Presently, working on  issue #6

will try  solving others.
Hope to code under your organisation this summer.
