[pyar] Glitch - Servicio de transformación de imagenes (era Tengo una idea, tengo una idea??)

Les quería comentar que volví al ruedo con este proyecto (luego de unas
largas vacaciones, je!) y, arranqué con un efecto más, "shred".

La idea es agregar muchos, muchos, muchos, muuuuuuuuuuuchooosss efectos y
filtros tipo los que tiene instagram, así que iré dando novedades, acá en
la lista.
Se aceptan ideas, obviamente! :)
