[pyar] [ANN] Encuentro 0.3

Bajé el tarball y lo corrí; funciona al pelo. También estoy sobre 10.04 y no
cumplo las dependencias. =P ¡Gracias! ¡Está genial! Las versiones de las
librerías que tengo:

python-twisted-bin: 10.0.0-2ubuntu2.
python-gtk2: 2.17.0-0ubuntu2.
python-xdg: 0.18-1ubuntu2.
