Hola Matías,

para que te podamos ayudar creo que vas a tener que pegar el código de 
apps_tags (parece como si no hubieras usado los decoradores de 
template.Library())

Por las dudas: seguro que el código lo agarraste de la versión original 
y no de la ensalada que está sirviendo Google Translate, no?
