SpecTcl is a WYSIWYG GUI-Builder for Tcl/Tk,
with sibblings for generating code in Perl, Java, Python & Ruby.
It runs on all platforms where Tcl/Tk runs.

*The current built-in Tk bindings supported are for Tcl/Tk, Perl/Tk,
Perl/Tkx, Python/Tkinter and Ruby/Tk.*

It features drag & drop widget creation and configuration of widgets through
a GUI.

It is written in pure Tcl/Tk, so it runs on Unix, Mac and Windows.
