Si vas a los motivos de por que hay 2 bindings para lo mismo:

In August 2009, Nokia, now the owners of the Qt toolkit, released 
PySide, providing similar functionality to the older PyQt, but under the 
LGPL[2], after failing to reach an agreement with Riverbank Computing[3] 
to change its licensing terms to include LGPL as an alternative license.
