[pyar] Google App Engine 1.3.8 en Ubuntu 10.04

Sip pero por ejemplo yo en ubuntu 9.04 podia instalar PIL correctamente
junto a python 2.5 y no tenia drama y aca no se que tiene que no funca, por
eso la idea facil y mas floja que se me vino a la cabeza es la maquinilla
virtual.
