[pyar] Google App Engine 1.3.8 en Ubuntu 10.04

entonces me parece que se viene la maquina virtual loca con una distro un
poco mas viejita que me deje usarlo correctamente, me cache en diez todo lo
que tengo que hacer para no abandonar la vibora.
