[pyar] Web2Py con PySimpleSOAP incorporado (servicios web)

Recientemente salió web2py 1.82.1 con PySimpleSoap ya incorporado, lo
que permite utilizar la infraestructura previa para exponer y consumir
fácilmente servicios web (no solo SOAP, también XML_RPC y JSON por
ejemplo.)

Dejo disponible un servicio online de pruebas:
